The work is aimed at developing advanced methods of intensification of technological processes corn processing and food production through the use of transient organized, limiting material and specific energy consumption, improving the quality and energy performance of products and its storage.

A comprehensive technical and technological solutions to improve the ecological condition of dry grain, preparation of raw materials for processing into flour, obtaining food and feed products with specified parameters based on Lean specific material and energy resources. These transformations are based on the improvement of technological modes, parameters and processes which determine the effectiveness of the overall result.

A scientific basis for the first time a technology directed cooling air flow granular products, which reduces the number of production losses as emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere.

Scientific expedience preparation of grain for grinding ensuring index peeling 6 ... 8% and experimentally determined properties and features of the technology flaking grain using abrasive surfaces.

The possibility and feasibility of intensifying cold method WTO grain due to its pre- scaling, which helps to attract potential aleurone layer to increase the biological value of the flour.

The possibility of enrichment of food and feed products Aromatic and medicinal plants to improve product quality.

The results of the developed measures confirmed their wide use. Reduced the amount of harmful industrial emissions by 10-15%. The total economic impact of the proposed measures is over 3.5 billion.

Scientific results are shown in 9 monographs and books, 355 scientific articles and found 65 patents.

For the subject of the work is protected 7 doctoral and 26 master's theses.
