Raising the efficiency of threshing process technology and development of corn cobs thresher

In this paper we solved an important scientific and technical problem the necessity to develop a thresher with rational distribution of blow and friction forces in a threshing chamber capable to thresh cobs for all purposes as to agrorequirements with maximum productivity and minimum power and material usage was stated on the basis of conducted analysis as to methods, working parts of corn cobs thresher.

Theoretical investigations were conducted resulted in mathematical model thresher with rational distribution of blow and friction forces in a threshing chamber as well as mathematical dependencies that permits of determine basic constructive parameters of thresher working parts. With the aim to prove the results of theoretical investigations a multifactor experiment was planned and conducted. Regressive dependencies of power use and complex indexes of threshing quality were received; optimization was done and a compromise problem was solved resulted in receiving rational constructive and technological parameters for corn cobs thresher capable to thresh cobs for different purposes as to agrorequirements with maximal productivity and minimal power and material use. On the basis of conducted experiments a pattern of a corn cobs thresher with rational distribution of blow and friction forces in a threshing chamber vas made working ability and efficiency of which was tested under laboratory and field conditions that permitted to develop recommendation as to effective conditions and were given to farms of Luhansk region.
