It is created bases of conceptual model of object of mortgage legal relationship and features of its legal regime from a theory position of "uniform object" in the conditions of formation of effective system of the mortgage relations in Ukraine.

А number of fundamental results is received during studying of the legislation which makes modern legal base of regulation of object of mortgage legal relationship of Ukraine and experience of some countries of the close abroad.

The cycle of scientific works contains priority results about the directions of further formation of the effective model of the mortgage legal relationship, calculated on its stable practical application in Ukraine.

It is offered new approach to concept of understanding of an object of mortgage legal relationship and feature of pledge of particular socially important objects.

Author put new nonconventional relatively features of a legal regime of object of mortgage legal relationship for formation of a further effective way of ensuring implementation of obligations with modern market conditions.

Results of a cycle have importance for formation of modern scientific views concerning object of mortgage legal relationship and features of its legal regime and can be used in research, law-enforcement, lawmaking activity and educational process.

The results of research on the topic of work set out in 1monograph, 12 articles, 12 abstracts.
