The work is the completed series of scientific researches aimed at solution the issue of soil humus loss in Ukraine though development of adaptive technologies for processing of waste into fertilizers on a new methodological basis and ecological and economic requirements.
The purpose is scientific and technological substantiation of adaptation production and application of organic and organo-mineral fertilizers for highly effective regulation of soil organic matter.
Scientific novelty of the work is based on theoretically grounded production of organic and organo-mineral fertilizers based on wastes waste and their application in different agricultural systems. The nomenclature of indicators of quality of organic and organo-mineral fertilizers is developed and standardized. The basis of integration technological solutions is the conceptual model of the formation of humus compounds as an infrastructure basis for production of organo-mineral fertilizers in the process of regulated bioconditioning of raw materials. The differentiated approach to the preparation of organic and organo-mineral fertilizers is proposed, the application norms were determined, the efficiency was proved. Patented technologies of organic fertilizers production based on carbon-containing wastes by bioconversion, which provide improved fertilizer-meliorative characteristics of the product were developed. The scientific-methodical bases for production and application of fertilizers in organic farming are developed and standardized.
The results of research have high scientific and practical significance in the field of intensive and organic farming. Effects from the implementation of inventions: sequestration of carbon and environmentally friendly waste management, increase productivity of crop rotation by 25-30%, saving mineral fertilizers by 15-25%, providing additional places to work. The technical level and reliability indices are higher than the existing analogs.
The inventions are implemented in enterprises of different forms of ownership in Ukraine for industrial production of new types of fertilizers and their application (on an area more than 100000 hectares). The economic effect of the implementation is about 3,100 UAH ha.
Number of publications: 52, including 7 state standards of Ukraine, 2 monographs, 4 recommendations, 22 articles (4- in foreign publications). Innovation and competitiveness of technical solutions are protected by 2 patents. According to the Google Scholar database, the total number of references to the authors' publications presented in the work is 8, h-index = 2. One PhD's thesis was defended on this subject.
