Novel nanocomposite materials and coatings based on them are marked by improved adhesion, physical, mechanical, thermal, tribological properties, corrosion resistance of, and durability that allows the use of materials for military equipment, oil and gas transportation industry abandoning the expensive foreign analogues.
The developed materials with improved performance characteristics introduced in the Ltd. «IC «Marina Group» (Kherson). Implementation of development provides increased process equipment overhaul period 3,6...3,8 times. The developed materials with improved tribological characteristics introduced in the company HF SE «AMPU» (Kherson), which provided decrease in the intensity of wear of 2,0...2,3 times and increased resource exploitation overhaul parts of 3,0...3,5 times.
