The cycle of scientific papers consists from 8scientific manuscripts and 6 abstracts published in the last 3 years.
Created a framework for implementation of improved method of synthesis of functional composite silver nanoparticles with hyaluronic acid, bovine serum albumin and polyvinylpyrrolidone in higher concentrations (60-90 μg/ml) compared to the standard method (30 μg/ml).
Obtained the fundamental results concerning the influence of functional composite silver nanoparticles on the animal’s reproductive function, particularly on rabbit’s oocytes maturation, sperm storage, embryo development in vitro, fertilization and early embryonic development in vivo.
The series of scientific papers contains significance results concerning the creation of liposomal preparation with functional composite silver nanoparticles with prospect of it used for the treatment of animals reproductive infections.
Proposed new approaches for resolved the debate between medicine and veterinary for the use of antibiotics and the emergence of antibiotic-resistant strains of microorganisms.
The author staged new non-traditional tasks, in particular, studied the use of silver nanoparticles with hyaluronic acid as markers of target molecules. The results give reason for the improvement of modern methods for determining protein concentration.
The results of the cycle are important for veterinary medicine and can be used to develop diagnostic methods for determining the concentration of target proteins.
The cycle of scientific papers consists from 14 scientific manuscripts: 8articles and 6 abstracts published in the last 3 years, including 2 articles in journals with impact factor. 4 Scopus refereed publication during 2013-2014 cited in 2 scientific journals, h-index = 1.
