The purpose of scientific work is the solution of scientific problems in a theoretically formulated and empirically proven articulated positions and recommendations to combat crimes in the sphere of public procurement.
The scientific provisions concerning the system of measures aimed at reducing the level of corruption in public procurement in Ukraine are developed. The areas of documenting crimes in the sphere of public procurement allocated. The systems of factors influencing the state to counter corruption in public procurement at the national level are determined.
Wehave developed and implemented: the algorithm of actions aimed at the implementation of information about crimes in the sphere of public procurement related to failure or partial execution of the construction works; the organizational model of the inspection of construction projects in the pre-trial investigation of crimes related to the execution of construction contracts; organizational model and purpose of inspection of business entities operational units Ukraine National Police.
Scientists at prestigious international conferences accept the significant number of research results.
The improvement of counteraction to crimes in the sphere of public procurement on the basis of proposed mechanisms will lead to positive changes in the level of reported crimes in this area. Also the quality of the investigation of the criminal proceedings, as well as increase of the level of damages caused by this illegal activity, which has a positive impact on the economic component of public procurement by reducing the level of embezzlement of state funds during their implementation will allow in the future to save budget funds.
Number of publications:185, 3monographs, 1 tutorial, 41 articles (13– in the foreign editions), 140 theses of the international and national scientific conferences. According to the database of Google Scholar the general number of links consists 27, h-index (during work) =3.
