Improved theoretical, methodological and methodical approaches to a substantiation of directions of economic development enterprises for the production of oilseeds and products of their processing, taking into account economic criteria and environmental constraints. Investigated the consequences of eliminating capital-intensive and knowledge-intensive industries for 1990-2016., as a derivative of reforming of agrarian sector of economy in the absence of clear certainty as to the strategy of development of agrarian sector of economy and the formation of the natural path of economic development is the dramatic increase in the crop production, especially oilseeds. Developed economic and mathematical model of intersectoral balance of production system of population of enterprises for the production of oilseeds with its possibilities for optimizing the structure of the final product and forecasting the development of enterprises at the market of oilseeds and products of their processing with the use of ecology-economic criterion. The developed technique of optimization of parameters of a plant for the production of biodiesel and determination of the rational areas, the supply of rape seeds the like.
The use of these models and alternate calculations, methods of analysis and forecasting conjuncture of markets of oilseed raw materials and finished products were adopted to implement the Ukrainian research Institute of oils and fats NAAS of Ukraine. Proposals for implementation of optimization calculations of transportation oilseeds and their efficient processing accepted for implementation PJSC "Vinnitsa oil and fat plant". At the regional level, proposals on environmental and economic assessment with optimization of the parameters of the plant for the production of biodiesel and areas of supply of rape seed taken to implement Skvyra district state administration of Kyiv region in developing programs and strategies for socio-economic development of the region.
