The thesis studies theoretical, methodological and practical problems of Investigation of the crimes connected with application of explosive devices.

The results of research of the crimes connected with application of explosive devices are generalized in the dissertation. Their essence and characteristics are studied. The concept of basic elements of the criminalistics characteristic is revealed on the basis of the analysis of theoretical concept and practices, their interrelations are identified and described. The main goal is to determine the characteristicsof investigation of the crimes connected with application of explosive devices that caused the problem solving of typical investigatory situations, nomination of versions and planning of investigation, carrying out the separate investigatory actions, etc. Research has gained practical implementation in the methodical recommendations and advices developed on its basis for law enforcement officers.
