The works systematize theoretical insights and practical recommendations as to arrangement and tactics of persons engagement to confidential cooperation by the divisions of National Police of Ukraine and use of unofficial independent workers for crimes counteraction.
Scientific basis regarding improvement of persons engagement to confidential cooperation by the divisions of National Police of Ukraine and use of unofficial independent workers which, based on mechanisms offered in the research, will result in raising of effectiveness of crimes prevention and counteraction, quality of criminal procedures investigation as well as will improve level of compensation for damages caused by illegal activities and will have positive impact on economic components by amount of criminal consequences reduction have been developed.
The following procedures have been developed and implemented: procedures directed to persons engagement to confidential cooperation by operational divisions of National Police of Ukraine; procedure as to arrangement and tactics of use by operational divisions of National Police unofficial independent workers in crimes counteraction.
Scientific value of the works is that scientific results can be basis for further development of problems regarding persons engagement to confidential cooperation by the divisions of National Police of Ukraine and use of unofficial independent workers for crimes counteraction. Practical importance of the work is that research results are used in law enforcement activity the competence of which is to engage persons to confidential cooperation and use unofficial independent workers for crimes counteraction.
Research results on the subject of the works are stated in 15 articles, 17 speaking notes (including 5 in international journals).
The total number of author’s publications is 32.
