The goal of this work consists in carrying out supersensitive integrated observations of low frequency radio emission from entire Universe population at decameter wavelengths. Owing to upgrade, development and usage of the world largest Ukrainian new generation radio telescopes UTR-2, URAN, GURT the best combination of experimental parameters, which determines the world level of this up-to-date science, have been achieved. Among them are sensitivity, angular resolution, interference immunity, and multi-functionality.
The new objects and phenomena in the Solar system, Galaxy, and Metagalaxy have been discovered including previously unknown magnetically-active plasma entities in the atmospheres of the Sun, planets, and stars; lightning signals from Saturn; new pulsars and unknown earlier population of sporadic radio emission sources in the Galaxy; cold clouds in the spiral galactic arms with neutral hydrogen but completely ionized carbon atoms having linear size close to 0.1 mm and existing at excitation quantum levels that are bigger than 1000; extended halo near distant radio galaxies and quasars. All these phenomena produce not-known earlier low frequency radio emission with various space-frequency-time and evolution features.
It is proven that among all frequencies spectra of the modern entire wavelengths astronomy the longest wavelength decametric range is one of the most important and informative. In the midst of the vigorous development of the world low frequency radio astronomy ukrainian instruments and results remains unsurpassed. They are well known and recognized in the scientific world community as well as irreplaceable and maximally requested. The carried out investigations and their results in the low frequency radio astronomy consolidate Ukraine priority and ensure integration of our country into european and world scientific area including global networks of ground-based and space radio telescopes.
