The work is devoted to the development of resource-saving environmentally friendly technologies for the preparation of wool fiber using electrical discharge nonlinear bulk cavitation and cotton knitwear using effective compositions of surfactants to improve the quality and increase the competitiveness of textile materials from natural fibers.
The use of electrical discharge nonlinear bulk cavitation as a method of premodification of wool fiber in the bleaching process is substantiated, which made it possible to obtain high-quality bleached fiber. Efficient technologies have been developed for bleaching wool, including coarse pigmented wool, using preliminary electrical discharge treatment of the fiber, the use of which makes it possible to expand the raw material base due to the possibility of using coarse wool in the textile industry.
Based on the analysis of the colloid-chemical properties of surfactants, effective compositions have been developed, which, in addition to high wetting and washing abilities, are characterized by a stabilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide decomposition. The use of the developed compositions of surfactants makes it possible to combine the processes of scouring and bleaching cotton knitted fabric and obtain prepared knitwear with high values of capillarity, whiteness, strength and degree of fixation of reactive dyes.
The research results indicate a reduction in the cost of prepared textile materials from natural fibers, an improvement in technical and economic indicators, a qualitative change in finished products, which is confirmed by approbation of the developed technologies at industry enterprises.
