The aim of the work is to optimize and extend the operational cycle of the coal mine by developing and introducing geomechanically adapted to mine and geological conditions of Western Donbas the innovative technologies for the transition of high-amplitude geological disturbances, the opening up of additional coal reserves, the preparation of production sites by high-stability workings, their development by plowing machines with simultaneous introduction of the set of measures to diversify the main production at the stage of its completion.
The authors have developed an set of adequate mathematical model of the geomechanical system "underground facility - rock mass" in relation to the preparation and treatment workings of coal mines; induced new regularities of deformation structurally disturbed rock mass during the execution of mining operations; justified the parameters of safe, economic and environmentally sound construction of combined lining and technology of their drive in difficult geological conditions and tectonic disturbance zone; introduced new concept “synchro-mining” to ensure the sustainability of the depressed mining areas on the basis of the strategic development of the mines management.
For the first time in world practice, the transition of a high-amplitude geological disturbance was carried out, an additional 40 million tons of coal reserves were discovered, the life cycle of the mine was extended by 15 years. Modernization of coal mining technology for complex mining and geological conditions of the mines of the Western Donbass has been completed. The compositions of hardening mixtures are substantiated and an underground crushing complex is introduced to use rocks in the technology of fastening underground workings. The program of diversification of activity of mines of the Pavlograd region at a stage of their closing is actualized. The actual economic effect amounted to about 4 billion hryvnia.
