The cycle of the scientific worksconsists of the 17publications, including 5monographs (inter alia 1 – individual), 8scientific articles in the professional scientific journals of Ukraine, foreign scientific journals from international scientometric databases, 4 – in the materials of scientific conferences (2014-2017).
A number of fundamental and applicable results are presented.These results reveal the priorities and form proposals to ensure environmental safety based on the conceptualfundamentals and principles. Mentioned conceptualfundamentals and principles can form the basis for the concrete measures on the strategic management of safety at the system of sustainable development of Ukraine and its regions, for preparing relevant draft laws, national and regional development programs which facilitate integration of Ukraine into the global safety space.
The cycle of the scientific workscontains the next priority results: the strategic directions for environmental safety in the regional dimension that taking into account the peculiarities of Ukraine's Eurointegration process and the requirements of the European Union for the environment; fundamentals of the institutionalization of the environmental safety as a dynamic and focused process which means the formation and consolidation of institutions, norms, rules, statuses and roles of entities of guaranteeing environmental safety, combining them into united system which can satisfy specific social needs, such as protection against real and potential dangers that are generated by the socio-economic and ecology development; organizational and economic mechanisms to ensure environmental safety which is considered as a set of interrelated organizational and economic measures of rational environmental management and environmental safety of the territory, which unlike the existing ones, including the institutional component, which structures the activities of the subjects of the mechanism depending on the economic, administrative, organizational or information role, determines their status and purpose in the forming and achieving goal.
The author set new non-traditional tasks such as the definition of directions of the innovation policy on strategy of ensuring of natural-technogenic and environmental safety, which provides for absolute priority of defined directions and allocated organizational and economic mechanisms.
The results of the cycle havean important theoretical, methodological and practical importance on the process of optimization of available resources using towards the prevention and minimization consequences of environmental damage and creation more sustainable system of financing of waste management, facilitation the development of infrastructure in the area, attraction additional investment resources and reduce the negative impact on the environment.
The results of the research are set out in 17publications, including 5monographs (inter alia 1 – individual), 8scientific articles in professional scientific journals of Ukraine, foreign scientific journals from international scientometric databases, 4 – in materials of scientific conferences. General citation index is about 233 (according to international scientific database Google−Academy), h-index = 4.
