Research purpose is to determine the main content and characteristics of financial globalization process to the economy and its impact on forming conditions of financial and economic development in Ukraine. The authors, using theoretical and empirical studies, defined a controversial impact of asymmetric induction and development of financial globalization on developing the national economy and its financial system, tendency to complicate the structure of the world economy under the influence on forming global regulatory institutions. The Scientific basis of an integrated, interdisciplinary approach to the definition of the country model inclusion in globalization process created. This is based on the country's existing social and cultural values and policies targeted on the formation of social development new resources. The conceptual basis of research the financial and economic crisis was formed in the globalization context and the relevant effective means of economic policy.
System measures of Ukrainian economic policy were developed. It can provide a significant positive synergistic effect and gradual evolution in the direction of forming an endogenous development open model of the economy. The system aims to implement countries capacity in conditions of globalization process inclusion. The authors created the concept foundations of macroeconomic forecasting, construction of complex integrated models for economic development in volatile economic conditions. Institutional transformation principles of public finance, the provision of adaptive institutional architectonics budget system, the long-term budgetary strategy in the context of globalization and economic cyclicity were defined and justified. The proposed meta-economic approach to forming models inclusion the country in globalization has no analogs in the world.
The research results implemented in the educational and teaching process in higher educational institutions of Ukraine, research and economic programs of the Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, leading analytical Centers of Economic Research of the World, practice of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
Number of publications:54 monographs, 25 textbooks, 440 articles. According to Google Scholar database total number of references to authors publications is 7345, h-index = 20. In this research subject 19 doctoral and 83candidate’s dissertations were defended.
