The theoretical and methodological, scientific and practical aspects of the process’s implementation of social and economic development regulation at regional level have been studied in the paper.

The essence of organizational and economic mechanism of regional development regulation has been grounded.  Innovative and reproductive approach to the economic development regulation at regional level has been proposed and grounded. Main elements of mechanism of increasing the effectiveness of regional innovative complex functioning have been defined.

Methodological approaches to assessing the social and economic regional development were improved.

Methodological statements to form models of state regulation of social development at regional level were developed.

Methodical approaches and practical measures to the structure of information and analytical support system of social and economic development regulation at regional level have been grounded based on the functional model.

Methodology of electronic management model’s formation at regional level of information and licensing type was developed.

Total number ofscientific publications - 55, including 1 - monograph.The author’s works have been cited in 13 scientific journals.
