The aim of this work is to increase oil and gas resources by the efficient use of geofluiddynamics mineral resources of Ukraine on the basis of the results analysis of integrated geological and geophysical researches.

Scientific foundations and methodology of the geodynamic parameters evaluation of oil- and gas bearing objects in sedimentary basins of Ukraine were developed.

Developed and implemented was the method of separating gas-saturated reservoir rocks deposited in lamellar clay of Neogene strata.

Theoretical and methodical principles of priority objects choice of prospecting and exploratory works on oil and gas, planning their scope and increasing the reserves of hydrocarbons in the perspective areas were worked out .

Methodical and theoretical basis for prediction non-anticlinal hydrocarbon traps to  optimize the main directions of the seismic survey in the Northern and South-Eastern parts of the Dnieper-Donets depression.

Due to the results of the presented work in the central axial zone of the Dnieper-Donets depression in sediments ХІІаmicrofauna horizon the discovery of fields with proved reserves of more than 135 units of reference fuel is projected.

Economic effect from these introductions – gas reserves in categories C1+C2in the Neogene sediments of the Outer zone were built-up by 15,8billion m3and gas resources in category C3by 4.7 billion m3.
