This work defines methodological, theoretical, conceptual basis of scientific education and presents the practical realization of knowledge-oriented network-centric cognitive educational web platform based on realization of transdisciplinary paradigm of modern educational processes. This platform consists of thematic applications of the transdisciplinary cluster for scientific education, cognitive services of which support scientific and educational activities of student youth in the educational and research format.

This format of scientific and educational activities of students ensures the formation of a stable conceptual system in their minds that can objectively reflect the scientific picture of the world, which is one of the results of scientific education. In addition, each thematic application of the transdisciplinary cluster of scientific education is a network-centric cognitive tool for counteracting information aggression by countries hostile to Ukraine, due to intensive involvement of young people in scientific education. This is seen as a tool for developing critical thinking, 21st century skills, etc. that help to deeply understand the social architecture and driving forces of social conflicts.

The transdisciplinary cluster for scientific education is implemented on the technological basis of cognitive information technology "POLYHEDRON". It’s cognitive services are verbally active, they perform linguistic-semantic and conceptual analysis of information-educational resources, their structuring and classification, formation of criteria for choosing corresponding educational contexts, their aggregated display in the form of interactive knowledge systems in the format of an ontological interface, the means of which implement scenarios of educational and research interaction, evaluation of educational activities, etc.

The transdisciplinary cluster for scientific education has a complex component-oriented structure of cognitive services that ensure processing of knowledge systems recommended for usage in the educational process, which include in-depth machine learning and big data processing to ensure dynamic systematization of narrative descriptions of information and educational resources.

A significant cognitive service of the transdisciplinary cluster is the transformation of any educational document (curriculum, textbook, manual, methodical recommendations, etc.) into an interactive form and the formation of educational interactive knowledge systems in academic disciplines in the format of a single information and educational space.

Number of publications: ncl. 8 monographs, 8 textbooks and methodical recommendations, 42 articles: 28 articles in publications indexed by international scientometric databases (4 – Scopus, 3 – Web of Science, 21 – Index Copernicus), 8 – in professional journals, 6 – in foreign publications; 7 materials of international conferences, 15 – in other publications. The total number of references to the authors' publications / h-index of the work, according to the databases is respectively: Web of Science – 27/7, Scopus – 18/5, Google Scholar – 274/10. 5 certificates of copyright registration have been received.
