The aim of this study is to develop a scientifically based concept for the legal framework of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine in the context of European integration and Euro-Atlantic processes. This involves formulating the foundations of long-term post-war policies, identifying existing and potential risks, defining key areas for recovery of Ukraine, and proposing strategic directions for the internal and external development of Ukraine.

The study consists of the introduction, six chapters, and a list of references. The study presents a scientifically based concept for the legal framework of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine by developing the principles of long-term policies and proposals for their implementation in the Ukrainian legislation, changes in state governance, the judiciary, etc. The study identifies priority national interests that should drive the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. It proposes legal mechanisms for enhancing cooperation between civil society and the state, outlines ways of "Europeanization" of the Ukrainian legal system and prospective areas for reforming the current legislation. It formulates conceptual approaches to developing a new doctrine of national security and defense of Ukraine. The strategies for future relations with Russia and Belarus under conditions of forced coexistence are defined. It presents effective models for ensuring national resilience and economic security, improves legal mechanisms for integrating de-occupied territories into unified political and legal space of Ukraine. Effective mechanisms for strengthening human rights guarantees and democratic principles of functioning of Ukrainian society in the period of post-war recovery period are defined.

The scientific novelty of the results of this study lies in the proposed conclusions regarding: 1) the development of the Ukrainian statehood and the safeguarding of national interests in the post-war period; 2) the implementation of state policies aimed at strengthening and consolidating civil society; 3) the transformation of approaches to the formulation of national security and defense doctrines in the post-war period; 4) identifying an effective economic foundation for legal framework of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine; 5) the development of the Ukrainian legal system in the context of European integration; 6) the formation of the legal regime for de-occupied territories after their liberation.

Number of publications: 40 monographs (9 published abroad), 6 collections of scientific papers, 4 textbooks, 4 encyclopaedic editions, 2 legislative commentaries, 160 articles (including 41 in English-language journals). According to Google Scholar, the total number of citations for the study is 991, with the h-index of 16. The total number of citations to the authors' publications on the topic/h-index of the study, according to the databases, is: Web of Science - 17/2, Scopus - 50/2, Google Scholar - 991/16.
