During comprehensive pharmacotechnological, biopharmaceutical, physicochemical and biological research, the optimal composition and manufacturing technology of a new modern effective drug were scientifically substantiated.adsorbentmeansof plant origin "Plantor" (TU U 32.5-42574330-003:2023) from highly effective adsorbing materials from biologically active components of mineral, synthetic and phyto- and organic origin in the synergistic interaction of natural ingredients with special system-forming bonds of the phytocomposition for use as a natural contact hemostatic. Preclinical studies of the composite pharmacotherapeutic agent have established its practical safety when used as intended and experimentally confirmed the presence of hemostatic activity in the developed agent "Plantor", which statistically exceeds the same in terms of the speed of onset of hemostasis in comparison with the agents "Celoks" and "Revul" known on the Ukrainian market. But "Plantor" is much better tolerated and does not cause allergic reactions. It has also been experimentally proven that the newly created agent "Plantor" has a wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity, which significantly exceeds the same for reference drugs. The results of its clinical testing in the difficult conditions of military medical care have convincingly proven its effectiveness.

The economic indicators of the price of finished products and the cost of the components indicate the economic feasibility of the new hemostatic agent based on natural polysaccharides, which allows us to recommend it for widespread systemic use.
