The study’s goal is the research of action mechanism of geoenergetical, physical and chemical and hydrogeomechanicalcomponents intechnogenic degradation of loess massifs with the substantiation of these processes geotechnical resistance.

The authors basing on the theoretical investigations and experiments determined that: catastrophic landslides-flows are generated as a result of the established phenomenon of technogenic filtration loess inversion which destroys the makropore structure;the forced convection advantage under density convection in the bases of mineralized sludge storages is created; fleeting and prolonged phases of geomechanical soil changes under loess bases dynamic loads and moisture change is generated.

The scientific foundations of a new scientific and methodical complex of quantitative reflection of loess massifs technogenic changes using the developed analytical and numerical models of geoenergetics, physical chemistry and hydrogeomechanicsare created. They are components in the developed algorithms for the selection and calculation of engineering counteraction of the degradation effects of the load bearing capacity of the loess soil bases of engineering structures and slope stability.

The basic conceptual foundations of the ideas about technogenic loess geoenergetycs, analytical description of variable and model definition of hydrogeomechanical loess stability under technogenic changes of their properties by moisture, mineralized waters and dynamic loads are formed.

Criterian range of shearing previous activation potential, the variational factors of safety and correcting multipliers, parameters of a buildings protection approach and parameters of the antimigration screen for loess bases are proposed.

Implemented techniques of: a comprehensive assessment of the loess slopes stability, laboratory research of loess strength under vibration loads, comprehensive full-scale measurements of dynamic parameters, stochastic calculation of dam stability; recommendations for tailings dam screening and strengthening the base of the buildings complex.

Comparing to worldwide analogues the main study’s difference is the first time studied and modeled mechanism of technogenic degradation of loess load bearing properties under complex action of filter inversion, migratory flow and vibrodynamics.

The number of implemented techniques and recommendations on engineering activities is 9.

The economic effect from the implementation was 2.5 million UAH.
