On the base of existing laws and on the civiland commercial law doctrine, there was scientifically based concept of the civil mechanism of legal regulation of obligation to perform the work and provided a basis for improvement of relevant Ukrainian legislation and its application.
Formulated new doctrinal position for the development of common characteristics that unite all obligations of performing work to the one type of contracts, system of contracts, which mediates obligations of performing work, separation contracts of performing work from other types of contracts criteria. The optimum structure of the contractual relationships in this relationship were determined and made approaches to the equitable sharing of risks between the contractors.
The results of the cycle are important for the research sphere, further research of problems of obligations, legislative activity directed to improve the rules of the Civil Code and the Commercial Code of Ukraine that regulate legal sphere of performing work; law implementation activities, such as judicial and contractual practices; the educational process in the preparation of the relevant sections of textbooks, scientific comments of civil law, as well as educational discipline "Contract Law," "Law of Obligations".
