The aim of the study was to find effective solutions for water purification from toxic components and extraction of valuable substances from aquatic environments using selective sorption methods. In particular, inorganic and organic-inorganic selective sorption materials have been developed for the extraction of chromate and arsenate anions, as well as lithium cations.
