The study is devoted to the processes of developing the socio-economic potential of the state in the context of adaptation to the challenges of Industry 5.0. It focuses on improving the theoretical and methodological foundations and developing practical recommendations for a comprehensive scientific concept aimed at enhancing social well-being and national economic growth, considering digital transformation, integration into global economic processes, and ensuring sustainable economic development.
The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of the Concept for Utilizing the Mechanism of Socio-Economic Potential Development of the State, considering the challenges and opportunities of Industry 5.0, which includes the integration of digital analytical platforms into socio-economic management processes.
As a result of the study, the following aspects have been improved: the theoretical basis of the economic category "socio-economic potential of the state", which, unlike existing conceptual approaches, reflects its multi-level structure and integrates resources, implementation mechanisms, and the impact on socio-economic development, ensuring a connection between social and economic components, as well as the adaptability of the economic system; the mechanism for developing the socio-economic potential of the state, which, unlike existing analogs, involves the creation of an adaptive management system capable of effectively responding to the challenges of Industry 5.0 through the integration of digital technologies, process automation, human capital development, and strengthening institutional capacity; a theoretical and methodological approach to analyzing the socio-economic potential of the state, which, unlike traditional approaches based primarily on aggregated macroeconomic indicators, allows for the identification of structural features of the economy, regional imbalances, and the level of adaptability of the country; the theoretical and methodological approach to diagnosing the socio-economic potential of the state, which enables the study of the synergistic effects of socio-economic interactions under Industry 5.0 conditions.
