The formation of administrative culture of future teachers in activity of organs of student’s self-government

The scientific research is focused on the formation of administrative culture of future teachers in an activity of organs of student’s self-government. The main point and the structure components of the administrative culture of future teachers (motivational, personal, volitionaly-emotional, active) are theoretically substantiated.  It is experimentally proved the complex of pedagogically-organized conditions for formation the administrative culture of future teachers in  an activity of organs of student self-government at  the different levels  (basic, active, effective) connected with realization of potential possibility student self-government as a factor of formation of administrative culture through the gradual delegation of administrative commissions to students-administrators of student self-government in organization of different kinds of social activity: adoption to outclass activity of the university the techniques of  formation of administrative culture of future teachers, which are made by means  of training lessons, regional seminars and other active kinds of work with representative of student administration. The clearness of  the results of participants activity of  student self-government is in a single informationally-comunicative field as a way of realization appraisal and self-appraisal of the level of development administrative culture of future teachers.
