Scientific work is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological approaches, development of practical recommendations and formation of strategies for management decisions in the system of crisis management of the enterprise.

The paper presents and substantiates the conceptual basis for the formation of strategies for management decisions in the system of crisis management of the enterprise, based on the integration of three management platforms: theoretical, methodological, diagnostic and strategic, which allows to form a holistic vision of the crisis strategy. measures to prevent or bring the company out of crisis in order to open a range of new opportunities for the operation of the enterprise in the long run.

It is substantiated that the formation of anti-crisis strategy should be carried out in accordance with the objectives of the anti-crisis management system, taking into account the available resources and potential capabilities of the enterprise.

A model for the implementation of anti-crisis strategy of enterprises is proposed, which reflects the main stages of this process. The practical application of the developed model will promote sound management decisions and the choice of the optimal vector of development depending on the actual level of crisis resilience of the enterprise at different stages of implementation of anti-crisis strategy.

Number of publications: 4 monographs (4 – published abroad), 26 articles (2 – in English-language magazine with an impact factor). The total number of references to the authors' publications/ h-index of the work, according to the databases is respectively: Web of Science – 1/1, Scopus – 3/1, Google Scholar – 15/2.
