Scientific work is devoted to the creation and introduction of methodology of management by the state target defensive development programme of armament and military equipment that is especially actual in the conditions of rapid development of the modern world in which tension intensity accruesand grows value of factors of various threats raises.

Scientific value of work is connected with the creation of principally new scientifically grounded treatment of formation of the state target defensive development programme of armament and military equipment

Practical value of work consists in establishing of lower levels of risks, increases of realizability, minimisation of terms and expenses at formation by the state target defensive development programme of armament and military equipment.The methodology, treatments, techniques, methods, models and information technology which have no analogues in the field of management of projects on creation of modern military technology is created.

Use of the developed system methodology and scientific-methods device of formation of the state target defensive development programme of armament and military equipment, project development of advanced development of armament and military equipmentand management of these processes has allowed to carry out scientific and technical support of development works to the creation of 180 new and modernized samples of armament and military equipment and to provide their make operational in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

There are 18 monographies, 15 training aids, more than 160 scientific articles and 60 reports at scientific and technical conferences are published during runtime of scientific work and on its results. There are 5 doctoral dissertation and 10 Ph.D. thesis are protected.
