Authors:
Viktor YEHOROV - Doctor of Technical Sciences, Acting Deputy Director for Science of the Institute of Applied Management Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Robotic systems as objects of control are considered within the framework of typical approaches of automatic control theory, according to which each of these systems is no more than an object of control with its own special properties.

The author first developed the concept of ensuring quality work at modern production complexes. This includes methods of controlling the processes of biopolymer production and mixing of bulk substances using an additional information channel for automatic process control systems.

A new optimality criterion for the parametric optimization of automatic process control systems is substantiated and developed to ensure the diagnosis and reliability of the automatic control system.

On the basis of these innovations, a new approach to the organization of innovation ecosystems as living social structures with in-depth types of physical prototyping as an integral stage of innovation testing is proposed. The developed models and approaches are integrated into the work of the prototyping laboratory “MiRONAFT”.

The use of the methods developed by the author will help to optimize the work of the scientific and educational sphere, as one of the largest beneficiaries of technology transfer, and to deepen the integration of robotics at all educational levels, which in turn will lead to the development of this industry in Ukraine and increase the level of automation of domestic industry.
